Shipping policy

Shipping Processing Time

At Go North Hemp, we know you're eager to receive your order, which is why we aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates and Address Accuracy

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package and the zip code of your delivery address. It's important to double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. Incorrect or partial addresses could lead to delays or even lost shipments.

Please note that Go North Hemp does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package(s) on the UPS website, where your tracking number(s) will become active within 24-48 hours.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur. UPS does not operate on Sundays.

What a Ship Show!

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with visible shipping damage, resulting in damage to your products, please reach out to our customer service team at orders@gonorthhemp.com for assistance. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.

To qualify for a replacement order, any damage incurred during transit must be reported to us within three days of receiving your order. Please note that refunds will not be issued for products damaged during shipping.
